Our Douglas Fir LVL plank is composed of ultrasonically graded veneers, laminated with exterior adhesive. All veneers are oriented in a specific manner to disperse the natural defects, such as knots, commonly found in sawn lumber products, providing for a homogeneous wood plank with superior strength and predictable design properties. Finally, each scaffold board is mechanically proof-tested to ensure compliance with OSHA and CSA standards, and then stamped with the appropriate product credentials.
Our Douglas Fir laminated scaffold boards have predictable strength. Quality control is monitored by an independent, third-party inspection agency.
